Chapter 17 Protective Scumbag 

Josephine widened her eyes in surprise, not knowing how influencers made money. as she had never looked into this before. 

“You can create your own account then post videos, sell products, and advertise. You can earn money this way,” Avery explained. 

Josephine was stunned for a moment before asking. “Can I earn a lot of money?” 

“Of course. The more fans you have, the more money you can make,” Avery replied, patting her belly. “Don’t you want to earn money to support your baby?” 

Josephine nodded. Yes, she wanted to earn a lot of money to support her baby and divorce Lewis. 

As long as she repaid all the money that the Alvarez family had spent on her, she could divorce him without any arguments. 

Avery immediately helped her register an account and taught her how to use it. 

“Oh, by the way, a random advertising company contacted me last night and asked if you could shoot an advertisement for them. Your image is very suitable for their product.” 

Josephine blinked in surprise and pointed to herself. “But I’m not a celebrity.” 

“Who said only celebrities can be product endorsers?” Avery glared at her. “Actually, it’s not really an endorsement. They just want to feature you in a game trailer and cosplay the characters in the game.” 

Avery was afraid that it might be a scam. She stayed up all night and researched the company and its previous trailers to make sure Josephine would be participating in at legitimate promotional video before calling her. 

After watching the previous promotional videos of the company, Josephine gestured and asked, “How much will they pay me?” 

“We haven’t talked about that yet. You have to go and meet them in person first,” Avery responded as she put an arm around her shoulder, smiling. “How about I bel your agent? If you want to go, I can contact them for a meeting now.” 

Josephine hesitated for a moment, touched her belly, then nodded in agreement. 

Avery instantly contacted the person in charge on the other end, and soon they called back. The two talked for a while, and they confirmed to meet at 3 pm. 

Avery helped Josephine dress up nicely, but she was already very beautiful, especially with her big innocent–looking eyes. 

When she stared at someone, it would make them feel guilty, as if they had done. something unforgivable. 

Avery picked out some clothes from the closet and expressed in surprise, “You have. a lot of pretty clothes, don’t you? Then why do you dress like a middle–aged woman every day?” 

Josephine looked at the clothes, all of which were bought by Lewis. He only allowed her to wear them at home and not outside. 

“That scumbag has quite a dirty mind, huh?” Avery said as she pulled out white lace stockings with suspenders along with a super short skirt. 

When Josephine saw the lace stockings, she blushed slightly. 

Avery glanced at her long and slender legs and thought that they would definitely. look good in the stockings. 

The thought of it made her weak, even as a woman. It was a shame that she had never seen Josephine wear them before. 

That protective scumbag got lucky.
