Chapter 1823
Who was this woman?
Bonnie, on the other hand, could not help snickering when she heard Jim’s words.
“Don’t you know who I am?”
She inched closer to him and reached out to wrap her arms around his toned waist as soon as she reached him. “I’m your future fiancée, of course.”
Even though he had blocked her phone number soon after that, she still thought it was because he was upset that she did not return to Merchant City alongside Luna.
This was why she had chosen to come to Merchant City without even notifying Luna and sent him the message using a strange number.
To her surprise, however, Jim could ask her who she was?
Who else was she?
She was Harvey and Shelly’s soon-to-be stepmother, his future wife!
Bonnie’s daring and intimate actions made Jim frown even more deeply.
This time, he did not show her mercy and instead removed her arms forcefully before he shoved her aside.
Finally, he patted his wrinkled clothes with a frown and said, “I guess the person who sent me the message was you, wasn’t it?”
He shot Bonnie a cold glance and added, sneering, “Don’t you know what shameful means? How can you send a message to a man you’ve never met before and even hug him at first sight?”
Bonnie took a step back after being flung away by Jim.
If she had not grabbed hold of the sofa just in time, she probably would have fallen onto the ground.
She lifted her head angrily and glared at Jim in fury. “What on earth are you talking about?”
‘A man she had never met before’?
They had been together for almost a year, and she was about to become his fiancée, so how could he have called her promiscuous for hugging a man she had never met before?
It had seemed like a funny joke at the start, but Bonnie could not help feeling resentful at the fact that Jim was continuing with his tasteless act.

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
