Perhaps realizing that the atmosphere was somewhat off, Lucas did not even say a single word. He put the lunch on the coffee table and ran off.
The door was shut once again.
Luna lifted her head and scanned the food on the table.
It was food that she usually liked, yet she had no mood for food at that moment.
Alas, she was far too hungry. She might be suffering emotionally, but that could not stop her hunger.
Luna took a deep breath and got up from the sofa. She went over to the coffee table and sat down to take the food out.
The aroma of the dishes awakened Luna’s appetite, and she immediately picked up her utensils and ate hungrily.
Halfway through, she finally felt not so hungry anymore.
At the same time, she suddenly remembered that Joshua, next to her, also had not had any food.
She pursed her lips and subconsciously turned her head.
Joshua elegantly leaned back on the sofa. One hand was next to him, while the other was on the sofa. He looked at Luna flatly.
Seeing her looking at him, Joshua smiled a little, but his gaze was flat. “You go ahead first.“
Luna did not react in time. She furrowed her brows and looked at him. “Didn’t you say that you didn’t have breakfast, too? Aren’t you hungry?“
“Of course, I ann.“
Joshua looked at her as if he was looking at a mentally challenged person. Then, he looked at his own injured right arm. “Do you think I can feed myself right now?“
Luna paused a little before she remembered at last that he was injured.
He had such a deep gash on his arm; he would not be able to feed himself.
However…

The readers' comments on the novel: Will you marry me, My Ex-Wife (Luna and Joshua)
Luna is sooo stupid!...
This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
