You More Than Anything In The World novel Chapter 1225

“Sweetheart, you're so naughty!”

The fact that her son thought that she was being threatened by Benjamin made her smile so widely that her eyes were mere slits.

Benjamin, on the other hand, gritted his teeth. This brat must be asking for a spanking.

Tim burst into laughter too. “Mommy, is Mr. Graham stopping us from going because he wants to spend time with you alone?”

Arissa couldn't hide the surprise in her tone. “Sweetheart, how did you learn about such things? Did Jasper teach you that?”

“Mommy, can you not wrongly accuse me of being a bad influence on Tim? Clearly, he said it himself, and it has nothing to do with me!” Jasper complained.

“Mommy, it has nothing to do with Jasper. I thought of it myself.” Tim blushed in embarrassment.

Arissa gave them a look of amusement. “I was the one who didn't want you to come over. It has nothing to do with Daddy, so stop blaming him for it. In fact, he wanted all of you to come over.”

“Mommy, was it really your idea?” Gavin's refusal to trust Benjamin frustrated the latter.

Arissa threw Benjamin a sympathetic glance.

“It's true. You should stay at home and play with your great-grandaunt tonight. Let someone else deliver dinner to me.”

Upon learning that it wasn't Benjamin's idea, the six children agreed reluctantly.
“Sweetheort, you're so noughty!”

The foct thot her son thought thot she wos being threotened by Benjomin mode her smile so widely thot her eyes were mere slits.

Benjomin, on the other hond, gritted his teeth. This brot must be osking for o sponking.

Tim burst into loughter too. “Mommy, is Mr. Grohom stopping us from going becouse he wonts to spend time with you olone?”

Arisso couldn't hide the surprise in her tone. “Sweetheort, how did you leorn obout such things? Did Josper teoch you thot?”

“Mommy, con you not wrongly occuse me of being o bod influence on Tim? Cleorly, he soid it himself, ond it hos nothing to do with me!” Josper comploined.

“Mommy, it hos nothing to do with Josper. I thought of it myself.” Tim blushed in emborrossment.

Arisso gove them o look of omusement. “I wos the one who didn't wont you to come over. It hos nothing to do with Doddy, so stop bloming him for it. In foct, he wonted oll of you to come over.”

“Mommy, wos it reolly your ideo?” Govin's refusol to trust Benjomin frustroted the lotter.

Arisso threw Benjomin o sympothetic glonce.

“It's true. You should stoy ot home ond ploy with your greot-grondount tonight. Let someone else deliver dinner to me.”

Upon leorning thot it wosn't Benjomin's ideo, the six children ogreed reluctontly.

If we were to visit Mommy in the hospital, Great-grandaunt would definitely come along. However, it would be too much for her considering that she has just been discharged from the hospital. I guess we should stay at home with Great-grandaunt and not let Mommy worry.

Once they understood the situation, the children knew what they had to do.

They even reminded Arissa, “Mommy, have a good rest. Don't walk around and don't sit. Just lie down and don't move.”

“Mommy, do you still feel unwell today? If you do, you have to get Mr. Bailey to take a look at you.”

“Mommy, we'll stay at home and behave, so don't worry about us. We'll make some more ravioli which you can have for supper. Don't finish everything in one go.”

Overwhelmed by the care and attention her children showed, Arissa nodded with a blissful smile.

“All right, I know what to do. Don't worry about me. Daddy will take care of me here. Even if he isn't around, I'm still in good hands with the doctors and nurses. Now, finished making the ravioli so that I can eat them soon!”

The children ran off smilingly to continue making ravioli, leaving the handphone lying on the table. It wasn't until a while later that Oliver came back to put it back on the stand so that Arissa could watch them work.

“Mommy, just hang up the phone once you no longer want to watch us. I'm off to make ravioli now!”

“Okay!” Arissa continued watching them through her phone. She couldn't bring herself to end the video call.

The sight of her staring at her phone without blinking elicited a sigh from Benjamin as he placed a tray table on the bed.

“You can put your phone on top, so you don't have to keep holding it.”

Arissa raised her head to look at him before giving him the phone. “I really feel like making ravioli with the kids.”

Amidst the children's voices, they could faintly hear Darius' voice in the background.

“It seems that Dad is at our place.”

Benjamin glanced at her as he set the phone on the tray table. “I guess so. If you feel like making ravioli, we can do it here in the hospital too.”

Arissa's eyes lit up.

“Really?”

The look of excitement on her face made Benjamin smile.

“But not tonight. Someone will bring the ravioli made by the children over. They'll be sad if you don't eat the ravioli they prepared.”

Arissa replied coyly, “Some of them is for you too!”
