A Dish Best Served Cold (The Man In Rage) novel Chapter 1202

Lu Tian-He was going to blow up.

He had spent a great deal of effort and time to get Ye Fan to accept the position of instructor in the military.

But these idiots had just driven away the man whom he had worked so hard to get into the military.

That wasn't the worst of it all.

Wu Yang had offended Ye Fan. The grave offense that he had caused Ye Fan might result in Lu Tian-He having to suffer Ye Fan's wrath too.

Ye Fan was a man whom Ye Qing-Tian held in high regard and a powerful martial artist who had earned the rights to enter War God Castle. Lu Tian-He would do anything to earn Ye Fan's favor. But now, Wu Yang had done the opposite and offended Ye Fan so terribly that there was no way Ye Fan would think well of them.

Wu Yang should thank the heavens for his position as the commander-in-chief. Lu Tian-He would have killed anyone else with a lesser office for what he had done.

"These idiots have ruined our grand plans!"

They were going to drive Lu Tian-He into an early grave.

The Green Dragon Force had meant a great deal to the military. The two military camps had collaborated to build a special troops unit not because they had wanted to groom a future batch of powerful soldiers but because the special troops were going to play an important role in an upcoming mission.

In fact, the other military camps had been increasing their efforts in training their own special troops as well.

Lu Tian-He had pinned his hopes on the Green Dragon Force and had been looking forward to the unit's performance. He had hoped that under Ye Fan's leadership, the Green Dragon Force would shock China with an astounding performance and boost the Yanjing military's failing reputation.

But Wu Yang had thwarted his plans.

"I can't just return to Yanjing like that. I have to have find a way to save the situation. I hope I'm not too late." At that thought, Lu Tian-He instructed his chauffeur to turn the car around.

Instead of heading back to Yanjing, the jeep raced into the heart of Jiangdong.

Meanwhile, in a room somewhere in Yunzhou, Jiangdong, Li Er was reporting to Ye Fan the progress of the mansion's construction.

"Mr Chu, the skeleton of the mansion has been fully constructed. We'll have the fagade done within three months. But I'm afraid you can only move in at the end of the year."

Even though Li Er had hired hordes of workers to work on the mansion's construction, it remained a massive project that necessitated a year's work before it could be completed.

They might be done with the skeletal structure, but there were still walls to be painted and interiors to be decorated. Those took time too.

Ye Fan frowned slightly. "Three months?"

Ye Fan could only set up the Invoke the Celestial Sky Formation after the exterior of the mansion was fully constructed.

Otherwise, subsequent construction work could damage the formation that he had put in place.

Beads of cold sweat appeared on Li Er's forehead.

"That's right, Mr Chu," said the man nervously. "That's the quickest we can go without compromising quality and safety. Any quicker and we risk compromising quality."

Ye Fan nodded.

"Alright, three months it is then. But I will not tolerate any delays. If the main construction is not completed by then, you'll have to answer for it."

"Yes, Mr Chu," said Li Er as he nodded fearfully.
