Yuloria?
Natalie had heard of that place before. It was a place with beautiful landscapes.
Cedric had even once mentioned taking her there when he had time to relax, enjoy delicious food, and experience the local customs.
Little did they know that they would end up going there under such circumstances.
"I want to return home!" She said with unwavering determination.
She didn't want to go to Yuloria. She just wanted to be far away from this man, especially in this helpless darkness.
Right now, all she wanted was to return to her family and to be with her parents.
She had no desire to be near Cedric.
"Be good," Cedric said.
He came to her side and took her ice-cold hand that lacked any warmth. Natalie was about to forcefully pull away from him, but he tightened his grip so she couldn't break free.
Natalie was silent.
Her whole body was trembling, and Cedric clearly felt her shivering.
"Nat."
"I told you, let go of me!" Her voice trembled, showing extreme resistance to this man.
Cedric naturally sensed her resistance, and it made his chest feel even more suffocated.
"I won't let go of you."
Each word he said carried a sense of bitterness.
Indeed, he wouldn't let go.
"..."
Wouldn't let go?
What was the point of saying that now?
She struggled to pull her hand back, but he suddenly embraced her tightly, making it nearly impossible for her to break free.
