He knows that Lily comes back and is in a bad mood. He wants to see her, but he doesn't know how to explain it. Therefore, he goes to the hospital to see Willow.

He gets Willow's room number from the nurse and walks to the ward with some gifts.

From afar, he hears heartbreaking cries coming from the ward and feels guilty.

Louis whips around and looks at Willow in disbelief. He can't believe what he has just heard.

"You're so good to Ms. Lily. You want to get back together with her, right?" Willow says with hatred.

She has been vindictive after losing her babies.

Willow sneers, "She has been pregnant for four months, and the kid belongs to her ex-boyfriend. Did she tell you about this? Probably not. She wants you to get back together with her, and then her kid will have a father!"
