Lily stands there for a long time until the two men come out of the operating room. They call her, which pulls her back to reality.

They are black and blue all over. Louis’ men probably hit them hard.

"I'm so sorry."

Lily gives them double the wages and says that they are done here. Then she leaves herself.

She goes back to the company to deal with her work.

She drives to Louis’ place at 5:00 pm, but she doesn't drive in the community.

She calls Chandler. "Chandler, pack your things. I'm waiting for you at the entrance of the community."

Chandler does not ask anything and agrees.

A few minutes later, Lily, who is waiting in the car, sees Chandler walking out with a suitcase. Rich is wagging its tail behind him.

Lily gets out of the car and puts his suitcase in the trunk.

Then she looks down at the dog behind Chandler. "He can't come with us."

"Why?" Chandler really wants to take Rich with him, so he begs, "Lily, let him go with us. Nobody walks him here. He's so pitiful."

Lily is a bit soft-hearted, but she says resolutely in the end, "No, this is Louis’ dog. Send him back."

"Lily...."

"Say a word, and I'll leave you here."

Chandler could see Lily's cold face and sense her determination, so he sends the dog back with his head drooping.

After a while, he returns with his head down.

Richard drives him back to her apartment.

"Oh, you can go back now. I'll make dinner today."

"Alright, bye."

Lily often comes here and cooks for Chloe and Jessie. Betty is used it. She tells Lily that she's cooking pigeon soup in the kitchen. Then she leaves.

When Jessie hears their conversation, she comes out of the bedroom. "Ms. Lily, aren't you busy at the company?"

After moving here, Jessie lightens up a lot. And she does not have serious morning sickness anymore. These days, she gains some weights and looks much better.

"I'm not busy. I've taken Chandler here."

Lily replies as she pulls Chandler over. "Let me introduce her. This is Aunt Jessie. She is pregnant and resting here. You can't tell anyone about it, including your uncles."

"Yes, I know!" Chandler nods and greets Jessie, "Lily, you said that Chloe lives here? Where is she?"

Jessie smiles. "She's sleeping. You need to wait until she gets up."

"She's taking a nap until now?" Lily gets worried. "She's not feeling well?"

"She asked me to watch horror movies with her last night. Then she got scared." Jessie could only explain, "When I woke up in the early morning, she was still surfing the Internet. So, she went back to sleep after lunch."

Lily is speechless. "Why don't you stop her? You're pregnant. Aren't you afraid of the movie?"

"She insisted on watching it. And she didn't allow me to sleep." Lily. "It's about zombies. I don't think they're scary."

Lily is lost for words.
