Chapter 492
Maleah’s p.o.v.

After taking down the last Elder on our list, I was ready to go after our last target. I didn’t get the chance to take down the last Alpha on our list of buyers, because the Coward took his own life.

Now I get to concentrate on the Alphas that handed over Pups to Caym and the rest, Matthew and Caspara returned with a lot of information on both Alphas and we believe that we have found the reason for their behavior.

Not that it will save them from my wrath, I will take them down and hopefully by the time we have taken care of these two Alphas, we will know who the person was that contacted Elder Morton.

We want to make a statement with taken down these two Alphas, so we decided to use Xurmella on one of the Alphas and the other will get Formobital. It will leave a bloody mess and hopefully it will scare the living daylights out of their Pack-members.

Our Alphas will keep a close eye on their Packs after we have dealt with the Alphas, just to make sure that the right person takes over the Pack.

If the Packs are getting into trouble, we will deal with it accordingly and if it means we have to kill someone, then that is what we will do.

I got in a bit of an argument with my Mates, they wanted to join me on these two targets but I didn’t want them with me. I wanted Matthew and Caspara to get a chance to deal with the males they had been observing, they know more about these Alphas than my Mates and they deserve to give me a hand.

The first target was Matthew’s assignment and like the others I make him help me with the potion. It also gives me a chance to get to know him and hear some stories about Dad and Mack.

“I guess you are going to get this question a lot, but how do I address you, Maleah?” Matthew asks and I know I am going to have a field day with this subject.

“I guess it depends on who addresses me and why.” I answer him and I hear him chuckle as he processes my words.

“That might become a bit messy, especially if two Pack-members approach you for different reasons.” Matthew replies and I can already imagine how that is going to be.

“Yeah, we might get Pack-members to argue about my title. Damn, I hadn’t really thought about that.” I mumble, this might get a bit more complicated than I had thought.

After making the potion, we get on our way to take care of our target and it is as if Matthew understands I prefer the silence. Getting into the territory isn’t a big problem, there are barely any patrols along the border and we are at the Pack-house in no time without running into anyone.
