A Girl’s Diary novel Chapter 5

What was I gonna do now? Should I just go say hi? No that will be too obvious. I should just walk past them they wouldn't notice me anyway, it wasn't like Cinnamon was passing by them! Hehe! 

I started walking down the street, trying to be invisible like a ghost, silent like a ninja, light like a feather..."Eliii, over heeere!" Oh well, shit! Just when I reach them, I get flashes of Louis and how happy he was to meet Cinnamon, how much of a dork he looked. I even almost caught myself smiling and trying to hide it. Bad Eli, bad girl! We don't smile at jerks! 

"Hey!" The moment I said that Louis rolled his eyes. 

"We're leaving now guys! Bye!" Louis said, grabbing Dave along with him. If only he knew, well... his loss! I'm such a charming, funny person, he's surely missing a lot now! Mentally adding liar to the list! 

"OMG! Elena, you mizzed ay lut" Skyler slurred. 

"I'm placing my bet, she's drunk." I chuckled. 

"Ding ding ding, we have a winner!" Jason clapped and I curtsied. "Wait a minute! Didn't you hate Cinnamon just this morning?" Busted! 

"Umm, yes. I still don't like her but I needed some fresh air so I'm roaming the streets!" I shrugged. Partially not a lie. 

"Eliiiii!" Skyler screamed. Jason and I looked at her wide-eyed. 

"Wha-" 

"-Where did you get those shoes? There's only one of it!" She whisper-shouted as if it were a secret. 

"My mom made it for my birthday. " I said sheepishly. I wasn't comfortable about telling people about my family. They'd think I'm a rich brat! 

"What the actual fuck? Your mom is Camella Whitte? Your family owns the whitte modelling agency?" Oops! 

"Wait, they have another daughter? I thought it was just the twins!" Jason exclaimed. C'mon people, is there one detail they didn't know? Oh right, me! 

"Yeah well! Surprise?" I never knew how to respond well to that. 

"We'll stay besties forever. Also, your brother is hot!" My eyes widened at that, gross! 

"He's younger than us, and that's my brother, eww." I gave her a dirty look. 

"Three things! Only by a year, age is just a number and he's super hot. Leave me alone." Skyler stated. 

"Hey what about me?" Jason pouted. 

"You missster will take me hooome." She chanted.
