A classic doting father, no doubt.
Jay finally managed to put Yelena down and then said to Zoe, "I came here to discuss with you how we should deal with news about Yelena."
"When did you find out about her?" Zoe went straight to the point.
If she still could see how close Yelena and Jay were, she would truly be foolish.
"The night when you were drunk and I sent you home," Jay said.
"Did you do a DNA test?" Zoe's face fell.
"I didn't."
Zoe raised her brows.
"There's no need to," Jay added.
"You're so sure she's yours?" Zoe smirked.
"I'm not sure, but… I don't care even if she's not," Jay said.
Zoe stared at him.
"Let's discuss the solution to the problem." Jay suddenly changed the topic.
Zoe agreed that they should just cut to the chase.
They sat on the couch.
Clara carried Yelena to her room to play, giving them the space they needed.
"We have three possible solutions. One, deny that Yelena is your biological daughter. You can say that she is your relative's or friend's child."
