Jared glanced at the mountain, only to notice that the place was not remote or secluded. How could no one have discovered a celestial crystal vein mine here?

“It's not that hard to find this place. Why had no one discovered it yet?” Jared asked in perplexity.

“You'll know once we get there,” Elena answered with a slight smile.

Her smile gave Jared an instantaneous feeling of being bathed in the warmth of a spring breeze.

At the side, Ezio instantly started drooling.

“Ezio, look at yourself. Don't you find it embarrassing?” Mia hissed with great distaste as she looked at her brother.

“Don't bother about me. You should worry about Jared instead. He's chatting with another girl right in front of you!” Ezio countered.

Upset, Mia no longer bothered about him as there was nothing she could do about him anyway.

Half an hour later, they finally reached the mountaintop. Right before them was a vast abyss.
