Chapter 159: THE BET BETWEEN KHAOS AND ZURI

Khaos traced his fingers over her backbone and her protruding bones irritated him. Zuri was sleeping right now. She snored softly. The alpha then took her hand and saw small cuts there. It seemed, her healing ability couldn’t heal them properly.

When Khaos caressed her hair, he got a handful strands in his hand. Hair loss, more than usual. It was alarming. She was deteriorating. Her healing ability was declining. On her hip, he saw faint bruise from the training, something that should have been healed.

"You can leave." Khaos dismissed the warriors and then returned to the bedroom only to find her leg poked out from under the blanket again.

Somehow, this silly thing brought smile to his lips.

The next morning, there was a big news that rattled all the people. The news about the attack of Khaos’s ships spread like wildfire to the point, there was no way someone was not behind it to fuel the fire.

All of them talked rapidly about Great Lunar kingdom, they cursed the kingdom and their hunger filled with hatred.
