Fleur and her friends were oblivious to the status of the bodyguard; their attention was solely on Calliope. Seeing Calliope act as if nothing had happened left the trio bewildered.
Fleur gave Calliope a once-over. If she had been brought here, something must have happened. She must have been coerced. Otherwise, why would she come here?
With this in mind, Fleur said to Calliope, "Calliope, didn't expect that, did you?"
Calliope glanced at Fleur before turning her gaze to Gideon. She had assumed this was all Fleur's doing, but seeing Gideon there was a surprise.
"Yeah, I honestly didn't," she replied.
Gideon expected Calliope to break down and beg for mercy upon seeing him. He was taken aback when she remained calm and composed, unfazed by the situation.
"Calliope, are you going to beg me?" he sneered. "Aren't you worried about your photos and videos getting out?"
Gideon’s eyes sparkled with a hint of challenge as he looked at her. "You think just because you cleaned up well and act like nothing happened, it didn't? We've got your photos, your videos. Aren’t you scared Silas will find out?"
"If he finds out you were... with a bunch of guys, don’t you think he'll find you disgusting and want nothing to do with you?"
Though Calliope bore no visible signs of distress, Gideon was certain she had been through the worst. His uncle had sent five men to take pictures with her, and yet, she remained composed. Maybe she was just a wild woman who enjoyed the attention. To him, she was truly filthy.

That's weird, in the first chapters there was said that her bio parents and bros doteď on Caliope but then they adopted Lisette, but this chapter suddenly says otherwise. Did author forget what he wrote?...
