A Touch of Sweetness (Finnick Norton and Vivian William) novel Chapter 3078

After all, it was a matter of fate as well.

That young woman may have been way over the line, but the child was completely innocent.

She had been right.

If she were to leave the child behind, no one would be bothered to look after them.

Caspian had always been a kind person.

Despite looking quite cruel on the surface, he had always been an extremely gentle guy.

It showed when he first began dating Jessica and couldn't bear to see her getting hurt in any way.

“You're sure of it?" Larry looked at his good friend as he sipped some tea.

“What about Jessica?” Joan hurriedly asked.

Caspian had already gotten over it.

If Jessica was willing to forgive him, he would make sure to treasure her and never leave her side.

However, if she couldn't forgive him, then he would spend the rest of his life taking care of the kid.

He wasn't going to hold a grudge against anyone.

“I'll leave it up to fate? Caspian replied mildly.

Joan smirked at the sight of Caspian saying something so poetic.

Joan also knew that Jessica was still caught up in her anger for now, which was why she didn't want to meet Caspian yet.

Once she got over her anger, she wouldn't hold it against Caspian anymore.

Neither of them could let go of such a long, meaningful relationship.

Joan got up and patted him on the shoulder with a meaningful smile before leaving.

What's that all about? Did that smile mean something? Caspian wondered as he watched her leave.

This guy probably hasn't managed to understand Jessica yet, huh? Larry walked toward his desk and started busying himself with work.
