The ambulance arrived quickly. Aveline followed them to the hospital.

Not far from the entrance of Maple Garden, a girl wearing a black baseball cap and a black mask watched the ambulance drive away. She took out her phone and made a call.

“Madam, he’s been poisoned.”

At the hospital, Lucas was wheeled into the emergency room. After tests and examinations, it was confirmed that he was poisoned, and the toxins were spreading rapidly.
