After the Divorce, I Took Revenge on My Ex-husband By Emma Scott novel Chapter 255

Chapter 255 Buying Drugs

“Tell me, how much do you want this time?”

The man pressed a mechanism on the lower level of the glass counter, and at

sandalwood box popped out.

It had a combination lock attached to it.

Janice hesitated for a moment and said, “The dosage last time was completely

ineffective for Adrian. It almost backfired on me.

“You assured me that it was foolproof. How could you have failed? Did you sell me counterfeit drugs?”

Last time, Janice had come dangerously close to being discovered by Adrian.

If she hadn’t taken the risk of collecting the ashes, Adrian wouldn’t have let her off the

hook.

The man took a pair of tweezers from the wooden box and picked up a piece that he ignited, placing it inside a nearby laboratory box.

Within less than five minutes, the two small white mice inside became restless and then. collapsed on the ground, no longer breathing.

This scene greatly frightened Janice.

“Dead, are they dead?”

The man revealed an evil smile and then threw the bodies of the two mice into the

furnace behind him.

“The dosage last time was my first attempt. Perhaps I underestimated Adrian’s tolerance. This time, I’ve doubled the dosage, higher than usual.

“Don’t even talk about ordinary people; even an elephant, once it smells it, will lose

control on the spot, unable to resist.”

As the man spoke, he grinned, revealing his two sharp canines, looking quite pleased

with himself.

Coupled with the dim lighting in the basement, it felt truly eerie.

Janice couldn’t help but take two steps back, looking at the drugs on the table with

hesitation.

“1, I just wanted to have a child with Adrian. I never intended for him to die. You…”

“Hush, you’ve misunderstood. Those were small white mice. They can’t be

compared to men.

“The capabilities of an adult man are much greater than those of mice. These drugs will only make him blush and lose control, completely at your mercy.

“I assure you that once he stays in the room for two minutes after lighting the incense, he will be completely under your control.

“Whatever you desire, he will give it to you.”

Janice’s face couldn’t help but show a hint of excitement. “Are you telling the truth? Is

this drug really more effective than last time?”

“Of course, this is the essence I’ve painstakingly extracted, guaranteed to be foolproof.

“However… while the effect is good, the price will be higher than last time.”

Janice then took out a stack of cash from her bag and threw it on the table. “Count it,

it’s 6 thousand in total. That’s 2 thousand more than last time, consider it

compensation for your hard work.”

Just as Janice was about to leave with the drug box, the man stopped her.

“Ms. Potter, this might not be enough. The drug last time was just a regular aphrodisiac.

“But this time, it’s different. This one is a highly efficient import that I’ve gone through great lengths to acquire.

“The import fees and material costs alone exceed this amount!’
