Unexpectedly, Kenan tightly grasped her hand as soon as she took a step.

Willow’s hand was cold while his was warm. When he held her hand in his palm, warmth spread to hers,

It was warm, but this warmth shouldn’t belong to her.

“Mr. Dawson, I’m sorry. I should have told you earlier. I’ve wasted your time.”

“Willow, you said you were married before. So, you’re divorced now, right?”

Willow hadn’t expected Kenan to ask her such a question. She didn’t know how to respond for a moment.

The dullness in Kenan’s eyes gradually dissipated. His eyes lit up, making his face even more radiant. When he smiled, two shallow dimples appeared, exuding a charming aura.

When he got closer, Willow noticed that his pupils were not pure black but a deep blue, bright and profound.

“Divorced? That’s great!” Kenan said cheerfully.

He regained his lively demeanor. “You’re unmarried, and I’m unmarried. Why can’t I openly pursue you?”

Kenan’s words were not wrong, but Willow still found his thought process peculiar. Shouldn’t a wealthy heir from a prestigious family seek a girl with a clean background?

Before Willow could voice her doubts, Kenan smiled and said, “Willow, is our baby a boy or a girl?”

Willow couldn’t keep up with Kenan’s train of thought. She replied, “Aaron is a boy.”

“A boy? That’s great!” Kenan’s smile grew even brighter. “I’m a boy, too, so we’ll definitely have things in common! Hey, Willow, where’s our baby now? I have a feeling that our baby will really like me! Let’s go, I want to bond with him right now!”
