Chapter 798 Go Get Your Manager
Hayley’s POV:
Celine stood there with her arms folded, acting arrogant. “They’re ruining my shopping mood!”
Freya threw me a smug glance before putting on a fake peacemaker act. “Celine, calm down. Michelle’s still my sister, remember?”
Celine didn’t back down and barked at the guards, “What are you waiting for? Don’t you know who this is? She’s the Sanders‘ eldest daughter! If you offend her, you’ll never keep a job in this city again!”
“The Sanders‘ daughter? The one who’s in charge of a bunch of packs?” The security guards looked completely stunned.
Freya nodded haughtily.
After confirming Celine’s words, the security guards puffed up with confidence. With their sharp wolf teeth bared, they stepped toward us threateningly. “You two need to leave now. Don’t make a scene in front of our VIPS.”
“You heard them! Get lost!” Celine tossed me a proud, mocking smile.
I clenched my fists tight, holding back Hera’s rage bubbling inside me. I sneered. “So, you guys only care about status? You don’t even bother hearing both sides before kicking people out?”
“We’re just trying to save you from trouble. A low–ranking Omega like you can’t afford to offend the Sanders. Leave now, or I’ll let my wolf take over and bite you!” one of the guards threatened me arrogantly.
“Wow. At least you haven’t laid a paw on us yet. That’s the nicest thing you’ve done all day.” I smirked. “Go get your manager.”
The other guard scoffed. “Like that’s gonna change anything. Quit stalling and just get out!”
Losing his patience, he shifted into his wolf form and lunged straight at me, thinking he could scare me off.
Right as his paw got close, I used high–ranking werewolf combat techniques to catch it, flipped him clean over my shoulder, and slammed him down hard.
“Whoa! That was awesome!” Scarlett clapped for me, smiling in admiration.
I didn’t want to show off too much and risk anyone figuring out I was an Alpha, so I gave her a pleading look.
She finally got the message, pulled out her phone, and made a call.
“Dad, Hayley and I are being picked on!” she whined into the phone, throwing in a fake sob.
As soon as I heard her wrap up the call, I felt a bit more at ease.
Still holding the wolf guard down, I stared coldly and said again, “Get your manager.”
Another guard saw what happened and panicked. He fumbled for his walkie–talkie, stepping back while reporting, “Mr. Andersen, we’ve got a problem on the fourth floor. Please send backup!”
