Chapter 69 Training 

“Now then, little trouble. Show me what you have learned during your last training.” As nodded with a smile, and the session started. She was really talented. Even though she started skating only a little while ago, she already practised jumping, but I noticed she was stiff. I recalled my trainers words when I was about the same age as Avia, and I was seared a bit after falling a few times

“Did you hurt yourself?” 

“No, I had the pads on.” 

“Then why are you scared to jump? 

“Because what if I hit myself body?” 

“You have your pads on. Why would you hit yourself badly?”

She smiled and nodded. I really wanted her to get rid of fear. My trainers told me this is the reason it is better to start skating at a really young age, because small children are usually beaver. Fear builds up while we are getting older, and later it is harder to get rid of it. 

When we finished training, her take offs were more confident. I didn’t show her any jumps‘ technique, we only practised on her bravery 

I worried she would freak out when she would realize that I was about to stay, but our time was up. When she changed her shoes, she looked at me surprised, when I only helped her instead of changing too
