Chapter 97 Disappointed 

“…I thought… I thought you wouldn’t be here today, Beth.” She looked at me and frowned. 

“Did you party last night?”

“Then what have you done, Alice? Don’t tell me you look like this because you went to sleep on time?” She was angry, and the scolding that I got had Its result instantly. She sighed. I had many questions in my mind, but I let her finish.

Chapter 97 Disappointed. 

The training hours passed quickly, and shortly I found myself in the gym with Garreth. He was more gentle than usual. They were a couple, so probably Beth told him I wasn’t well. We mostly stretched and worked with my balance. 

And the end of the training came finally. I was happy to finish. The only thing that I wasn’t happy about was to go home and receiving questions. 

I sat in my car for a while. I looked at the clock, and I still had a half an hour, so I decided I would have a walk at the seashore. 

The weather was warm, and the sun nearly burned my skin, but I loved it. I enjoyed it. Actually, I always wondered how could I love the sun and the warmth that much. I had a short walk, then I sat down on the sand. I closed my eyes, and I tried to turn off my mind for a few minutes.
