“Give me the documents! I’m heading back.” Sensing the truth in Hunter’s words, Mr. Jasper Sr. continued, “Transfer your shares to Mia, and soon, I’ll have a lawyer draft a will to leave everything to you.”

“I’m already eighty and I’ve lived a long life. My biggest wish now is to hold a great–grandchild, even a great–granddaughter would be fine! Hunter, you’ve been married three years now, so why isn’t Mia pregnant? Are you not capable?” The mention of having children sparked irritation in Mr. Jasper Sr.

Hunter was incredibly indulgent with Jenna. He prepared dinner party reservations, a club outing afterward, a luxurious hotel suite, and even a custom fireworks show. Tonight alone, the expenses for Jenna’s birthday would likely total millions.
