Adolf looked toward Avery with great affection and smiled as he began to speak again. "You know what first attracted me to Avery? It was her passion and persistence. I once couldn't understand and had an argument with her because of it. However, after that fight, I have never blamed her again nor tried to stop her," Adolf said sighing.

"Why? What did Avery say when you were arguing?"

Jean asked with great curiosity. "She said she got into the show business just because of him.

If I had insisted on stopping her, she would have quit the show business. But she would have just found another way that could make Moore be able to see her whenever he wanted to.
