“You gave up on him because you couldn’t get his love, right?” Taylor continued mercilessly, “Although you were the first to propose for divorce, it’s no different from him dumping you.” 

Mikayla was speechless. He said nothing incorrect. 

Celeste, who was usually busy, eventually spared some time in the evening. 

“Mikayla, I know of a nice new music bar. Let’s go there for a drink! You can perform a drum solo for me!” 

Before Mikayla could respond, Celeste swiftly added, “You promised to perform for me! You couldn’t go back on it!” 

“Okay, it’s just a drum solo. No problem,” Mikayla agreed reluctantly. 

They met up at the music bar. The first floor was the lobby, while the quiet private booths were on the second. 

There was a big stage in front. Someone was performing at the moment, which livened up the atmosphere. Mikayla and Celeste decided to sit on the first floor. 

Celeste noticed a red mark on Mikayla’s neck after they sat down. “Is that a hickey? Who did it?” 

She subconsciously touched her neck. Jerome didn’t bite her neck this morning, so she felt relieved. 

“What hickey? It’s just a bug bite.” 

“Don’t lie to me.” Celeste snorted. “That’s a hickey.” 

Mikayla took out a small mirror and looked at it. It was the red mark she noticed yesterday morning. “Is there a scanning function in your eyes? How do you see that? I’ve seen other people’s hickeys, but they’re not so small and faint.” 

Celeste looked at Mikayla as if she were a fool. “Do you think hickeys must be large in shape? A light kiss will only leave such a small mark.”

“Didn’t you say you’ve been in the same room with Jerome? Perhaps he kissed you secretly!” Celeste asked with a bit of gossip, “Did anything else happen?” 

“No! We sleep in separate quilts!” 

“Tsk! Just tell the truth. Is Jerome terrible in bed? Is that why you want to divorce him?” 

Mikayla choked on her drink when she heard Celeste’s bold words. 

“Calm down. There is no shame in getting divorced over this matter. We women have normal needs, too.” Celeste patted Mikayla’s shoulder and comforted her. 

Mikayla blushed and glared at her. “Can you stop your dirty thoughts? If you don’t, I’ll leave, and you won’t see the idol Kay!”
