Chapter 194
Before the fat man could do so, he flew forward, crashing into the table and.. knocking over the wine glasses and bottles.
The commotion drew the attention of some people.
Connor noticed the chaos below and shouted to his friends, “Go down and help
them!”
Then, he rushed downstairs.
The fat man was lying on the ground, crying out in pain. His men were stunned by the sudden change and subconsciously looked at the person who had done this.
The man was tall and well–dressed, exuding a chilling coldness and dignity.
“You bastard!”
After suffering embarrassment two times, the fat man was so furious that he not longer cared about his image. He gritted his teeth and roared angrily, “Tied up the women and beat that man to death!‘
His men immediately reacted and rushed toward the man. However, their screams
soon broke out.
The dizzy Mikayla couldn’t tell whether she was dreaming when she saw the fierce.
Jerome.
Why was he here?
Judging from his fighting skills, she could tell he was a good fighter.
But wasn’t Jerome the lofty CEO of Miller Group, who only knew how to make money? How could he be so good at fighting?
Those men had already backed off when Connor rushed downstairs with his friends.
Mikayla felt a little relieved. Although she didn’t know why Connor and his friends were present, she knew Jerome would be fine.
“How dare you harass Mikayla! I’ll beat you to death!”

Connor angrily wanted to kick the fat man on the ground. But one of the men pushed him hard.
It caused him to fall to the side and hit his forehead on the table.
“Blood!”
He touched his forehead and fainted as soon as he saw the blood on his hand.
Celeste was a nurse, after all. Out of instinct, she went over to stop Connor’s
bleeding.
Mikayla also wanted to help Celeste, but she was so drunk that her steps were unsteady. When she almost fell, Jerome steadied her in time.
“Don’t move if you can’t walk properly.”
There was a hint of anger in his cold tone.
