Chapter 8
Although she had already received her marriage license, morally speaking, Selena and Dominic were still in an unmarried couple relationship. This honorable man, now technically speaking, was still a third party.
A light smile appeared at the corner of Selena’s lips, “I won’t let any trouble alarm you.”
Rarely does someone disregard Selena’s notoriety and get a marriage license with her, so naturally she can’t let him be implicated because of her own faults.
When Osvaldo heard her words so clear-cut, his fingers paused.
His wife is obviously treating this marriage between the two of them as an explicit deal, or a tool to get back at the the Riddle family and the
Walson family.
But, can it really be what she wants it to be?
In the site of the largest charity auction in Creephia, Selena sat in the VIP room on the second floor and watched the scene downstairs with
interest.
She has had a pretty good life for the past twenty years, but there are bad parts.
The biggest disadvantage is the congenital weakness of the body.
If she hadn’t, she wouldn’t have become a commander and would have gone into battle herself, given her cold and ruthless nature.
Given her health and status, Selena rarely appears in such a lively social setting.
The auction is even a first visit.
When Osvaldo saw her lazily lying on the windowsill in a very good mood, his eyes darkened slightly.
Selena soon found something that intrigued her.
She saw Leah and Dominic in the crowd sitting at the bottom.
These two, who previously would have been more restrained in public for the sake of winning fame, have been appearing on the same occasion with absolutely no qualms since the cancellation of the wedding.
Not only will they not be called scum and mistress, but they have reaped a large number of praise and blessings.
Selena held a cup and drank tea, coldness swept across her eyes, thinking that she had lectured too much in the morning and Dominic had brought Leah here specifically to have a break.
Selena seemed to think of something and turned her head back to meet the eyes of Osvaldo
Osvaldo was also looking at her, with eyes so deep they seemed to want to see through her heart.
Selena looked straight at him, “I’m going to fix the Riddle family and the Walson family, maybe even to the point where their families are broken.” The identity of Osvaldo is a mystery.
But as far as Selena could see, this man’s every word and action carried the coldness and dignity of a superior person.
He gave her the Olympus Group without blinking an eye as a bride price.
A figure with such aura and drive will never pursue what is right or wrong in the traditional sense.
However, there are some things that need to be made clear in advance.
After all, no one knew that the real Selena was dead and that Dominic owed her a life
The Riddle family was her family.
Her revenge, in the eyes of onlookers, definitely falls into the category of ruthless and treacherous.
Osvaldo frowned, “Whatever you want to do, just let do it, within Creephia, you have nothing to fear.”
Selena put on a smile, and although she didn’t think it was necessary, she still explained solemnly, “I have no relationship with Dominic, whatsoever.”
The one who was related to Dominic, Selena, had been killed by his own hand.
The darkness in Osvaldo’s eyes suddenly disappeared as he looked at her with a serious face.
He leaned closer to her, and said gently, “I know.”
Even if there had been, he would have broken off the relationship between them completely. Selena’s gaze was slightly frozen.
It seems that she did not expect that Osvaldo would trust her so much.
It doesn’t seem like any man should take her word so lightly.
After all, the previous Selena, who loved Dominic, did so many out-of-the-ordinary actions.
When Selena thought of it, she felt heartbroken and unworthy for that girl.
Osvaldo raised his hand, stroked her hair, put his arms around his slender waist, looked her straight in the eyes, and his voice carried a
