Seth replied, "She is Miss Castle's half-sister! As far as I know, Miss Castle was brought up by the current Mrs. Castle, a.k.a. her stepmother. The meaning behind Seth's words was very clear. He was implying that it was highly likely Waverly would be back for Cecilia's wedding.

Caught off guard, Victoria was startled.

"Ah!"

She almost dropped her cell phone. Fortunately, Trevor was nearby. He held her quickly and clutched her hand at the same time. Looking down, his face changed as well.
