Chapter 83 

Although Olivia knew that Daniel was exaggerating, she had to admit that his words hit her weak spot. 

With the Sullivan family’s background and Isabella’s love for Andrew, no matter who married into the Sullivan family, no one would dare to lay their hands on Andrew. 

However, Andrew was still young and accidents would possibly happen. If anything happened, it would be enough to destroy Andrew’s life. 

Olivia fell silent. 

She was indeed considering it, but she didn’t want to be hasty. She needed to think carefully. 

Seeing Olivia’s interest, Daniel did not press further. Instead, he changed the topic. “Aren’t you curious about how I found you here?” 

Olivia lifted her gaze.

He spoke in a faint voice, “Because Andrew is sick and has been pestering me to look for you, I found out that you’re here.” “What’s wrong with Andrew? She realized that since Andrew had fallen into the water, she had returned to the Taylor family and hadn’t visited him yet. “Yeah, he has a high fever and has been delirious,” Daniel’s expression turned serious. “Could you come with me later?” 

Olivia nodded instinctively in agreement, but then she thought of Amelia and hesitated. 

Daniel noticed Olivia’s hesitation and said indifferently, “Is there anything more important than Andrew?” 

This sentence made up her mind entirely. Olivia stood up and said, “Let’s go.” 

After saying that, she suddenly thought of Daniel’s sudden appearance and furrowed her eyebrows slightly. “How did you get here?” 

The Taylor family’s residence wasn’t an ordinary rural household. Even a thief would have trouble getting in since the place was covered in infrared sensors.

Olivia really didn’t want to laugh, but she couldn’t control it. She turned back with a smile. “Just now, were you being what they call ‘dashing‘? As a CEO, you can fly across the sky and do anything, there’s nowhere you can’t go?” 

Upon hearing the word CEO, Daniel’s heart skipped a beat and he 

trembled slightly. He stood up instantly and held Olivia’s shoulder. His voice was trembling as well. “Livy, do you remember? Did you remember something?” 

Olivia looked puzzled. “Remember what?” 

A tinge of disappointment flashed through Daniel’s eyes. He released her shoulders dejectedly. “I’m sorry, I got it wrong.” 

“It’s okay.” Olivia curved her lips into a smile. On the surface, she seemed fine, but deep inside, she felt a silent sense of loss. 

Who did he mistake her for? What made him so excited? 

Was it Andrew’s mother? 

Olivia took a deep breath and pushed down the disappointment in her heart. 

At this point, Daniel regained his usual composure and explained seriously, “It was William who let me in.” 

Given Daniel’s status, he wouldn’t easily do something that would break the law. Even if he were pushing boundaries, he wouldn’t engage in such activities. Sneaking into someone’s private residence might sound. romantic in a Romeo and Juliet context.

Olivia smiled back and shook her head. She glanced at Daniel with a touch of pride. “No, we’ll leave openly. I’m not a criminal. Why should I sneak around?”

“Let’s go.” Olivia adjusted her clothes and led the way towards the door. There were a few bodyguards stationed outside. Once they saw Olivia, they looked like they wanted to stop her. However, seeing Daniel behind her, they stepped back, lowered their heads, and appeared docile. 

They let Olivia pass. 

The exit of the basement was outside, so they couldn’t directly enter the living room. Therefore, after walking out, Daniel asked, “Do you want to go in?” 

Olivia raised her eyebrows slightly and looked at Daniel. “Of course, I have to go in. I still have something to deal with.” She paused and added, “Wait here for a moment.” 

Saying that, she walked toward the main entrance. 

At this moment, the living room was brightly lit. The faint sounds of a violin could be heard from within. The music was pure and joyful, like the flow of a clear spring in one’s heart. 

In the living room, Liam was seated in the main position, with Yvonne by his side. On the sofa beside them were Samuel and Amelia. Emma was standing in the center, bowing her head while holding a violin. Everyone in the room was immersed in the melancholic yet cheerful melodies of the violin. Olivia’s arrival felt like the most discordant note, disrupting the otherwise cheerful and harmonious atmosphere. 

The butler was the first to notice Olivia’s presence, and he subconsciously wanted to stop her. However, he hesitated and looked toward Liam.
