When Eddy had arrived at the underground parking lot of Morrison Corporation this morning, he had been railed into another car by two people. After a bumpy ride, he had arrived at this place 

At first, he had thought they were trying to rob him. But unexpectedly, they hadn’t mentioned anything about that. After throwing him out of the car, they had begun beating him up. 

They had hit Eddy so many times that he had felt his head give out. Halfway through, he hadn’t been able to take it anymore and passed out. That was how he had ended up like this when he 

woke up. 

Eddy turned his head and finally saw a glimmer of light in the darkness. It looked like a phone. 

He moved his hands with difficulty, and it took him more than three minutes before he finally 

grabbed the phone. Using all his strength, he dialed Thomas‘ number. 

Thomas quickly answered the phone. He seemed to be in a room full of people. “Hello? What’s the 

matter, Eddy?”

“Do you need me to come with you?” Gwen asked worriedly after not hearing a response from 

Caroline.
