“Today is a big day. I would like to invite you, Cheryl, Gwen, and the others to celebrate. Is that okay?” 

Jack replied, “I’m all right with that. For Cheryl-” 

“I’ll ask her right away.” 

Caroline picked up her phone and sent a message in the group chat. She asked Gwen to inform Sean about it as well. 

Gwen replied, “Okay.” 

Caroline asked Cheryl, “Mr. Jack is coming too. Will you be there?”

Caroline replied with an “Okay.” 

Sonia also joined the conversation. “I really envy you guys. I want to go home and celebrate with 

you guys. 

“There’s no need to worry. Your moment will be here soon,” Gwen quipped. 

“Carol is now the boss of a large company. It won’t be long before she’ll make you a world- 

renowned A–lister. 

“By then, you’ll definitely have the chance to celebrate with us.” 

Sonia said, “Gwen, you’re such a tease. If I really become a world–renowned A–lister, I’ll celebrate it with you guys every day.” 

Gwen laughed and said, “You said so yourself. I’m taking a screenshot of this.” 

Sonia replied, “Go ahead. I won’t go back on my word. Oh, by the way, do you know who I met a few days ago?”
