At that moment, Ricky was even more reluctant to let Grace leave. She had confirmed that she actually had feelings for him. She had really just told him!

"Ricky, Soar, Tina, take care of yourselves! I will see you again someday in the future!" Grace turned around and bade goodbye to them.

She did not want to leave either. She truly wished that she could experience and search the world with Ricky! Grace gazed sadly at Ricky for a long time as she left.

"All right. It's time for us to set off. Let's go," Jasmine said in an indifferent tone. It was a touching scene, but she really didn't care.

She knew that Grace had a good relationship with them for the time being. She was certain that, after Grace went back to the Phoenix tribe, established herself there, and became more powerful, she would gradually forget her humble human friends.

Then, Jasmine, Grace, and the young man left. There were tears in Ricky's eyes and Grace's receding figure blurred as he watched her through those tears.

Anger engulfed him as he clenched his fists firmly. He held his fists so tightly that his body could not help shaking uncontrollably. He did not blame Jasmine for taking Grace away. He blamed himself because he thought that he was still too weak to protect the woman he loved.

If he was a powerful warrior, would that still have happened? Would that strange woman still have been able to take Grace away? The answer was, apparently, negative.

Soar and Tina looked at Ricky and did not utter a single word. They knew that, no matter what they said to comfort him, it would not make any difference. They just stood aside quietly, waiting for Ricky to recover. They knew Ricky needed time to accept what had happened.

Jasmine, Grace, and the young man, on the other hand, were inside a flying airship too.

Their airship was much more advanced than Tina's.

"I hope you will keep your promise and let my parents go when we arrive," Grace said in a serious tone as she stared at Jasmine and the young man.

"Don't worry. You have my word. You know what? You, and your parents, will be treated with respect by the whole tribe when we arrive," the young man replied with a smile. "My name is Lanny Feng. May I know your name?"

"My name is Grace, Grace Xue," Grace replied in a distant voice.

Lanny Feng had tried to kill Ricky two times in the past, and Grace could clearly see that. There was no way she could bring herself to show kindness to him. No matter how powerful he was, no matter what kind of rare bloodline he had, he was nothing to her.

Lanny Feng was not a fool. He, of course, felt the resentment coming from Grace. He decided to ignore it anyway. "Grace, such a beautiful name!" He praised her enthusiastically.

Before his voice faded, Jasmine pointed at Grace all of a sudden. Immediately, a red light entered Grace's body and she suddenly passed out.

"What did you just do?" Lanny Feng blurted out in surprise. He did not understand why she had done that.

"There's something I need to say that I don't want her to know," Jasmine said. "You saw the man who claimed to be her disciple. I'm afraid he is more than just a disciple to her."

"Yes, I can feel that too. But he is just an ordinary person. She will forget him sooner or later," Lanny Feng said in a disdainful voice. He did not think that that man would be strong enough to be Grace's match.
