Gavin stood up and was about to leave. I quickly said, "Will you come back later?"
Gavin said, "I can book another room next to yours. You can come to me anytime. It's okay."
He looked unhappy, and I was a little confused. I asked, "What's wrong with you?"
After thinking for a while, Gavin closed the door and came back. "I know you just said it to save my face. I won't misunderstand you." Then he turned around and was about to leave.
I smiled bitterly and said, "How do you know that I just want to save your face? You didn't ask me whether I would like or not."
Gavin said excitedly, "Are you willing to?"
I nodded gently and said with a smile, "Yes."
We've gone through setbacks for a long time. Gavin had been so good to me, and I can't let him sacriface for nothing.
Upon hearing my answer, Gavin rushed up to hug me and asked, "Really?"
"What? You don't believe me?"
"No, no, I can't believe it. But since you're willing, why didn't you say anything after waiting for so long?"
I asked, "How long? I'll answer it soon."
Gavin thought for a moment and said, "It’s me. I couldn't wait a second. I was afraid you'd say no, and helped you to answer."
