It’s raining in Austral City again.
Linda Yun was standing in the grave yard, giving a sense of loneliness.
George Mo, however, was standing beside her and holding the umbrella for her.
Steven Meng’s ashes were buried in a tomb right next to Patricia Bai’s.
Linda Yun didn’t speak. These two people who loved her most and treated her best were under two cold gravestone now.
Her eyes began to ache for an instant.
A few seconds later, her sight became blurry just like this cloudy rainy day.
George Mo took a glance at her and sighed. He didn’t know how to console her.
"George, did I make a mistake..."
After a moment, her voice came, which was somewhat a little bit trembling.
George Mo looked to her side, noticing that she was lowering her eyes, thick eyelashes were adorably cute.
"You didn’t make any mistake. It is those vicious people that are to blame. Aunt Bai and Uncle Meng were both really kind and nice..."
"Ha," Linda Yun chuckled bitterly, "Kind and nice..."
Then she raised her head, looked at him and beamed, "I don’t wanna be a nice person. I will be a really bad person, a really bad person."
"Linda!" George Mo frowned.
She just smiled, the moisture in her eyes had turned into tears, "This world is so unfair. Good person can’t survive, while devious ones could flaunt their prowess."
"Linda..."
Linda Yun sensed the concern in his eyes. She withdrew her eyes and fixed them on the gravestone.
The next second, she walked to it and touch it slowing. Tears were ping from her eyes, "Uncle Meng, I’m sorry..."
"Uncle Meng, I’m sorry..."
"Uncle Meng, I’m sorry..."
"I’m sorry..."
"Linda!" Mo hurried to squat.
For Linda Yun was already kneeling on the wet ground. She was kneeling and making countless kowtows toward Steven Meng’s gravestone.
"I murdered you... I murdered you... I murdered you..."
"Linda, don’t do this. Come on, get up!" Mo was trying to pull her up.
But Linda Yun suddenly shouted, "I’m the murderer!"
"What are you saying?" Mo was a little bit pissed off. He frowned and said, "You get up. And we have a talk back home."
But Linda Yun shook his hand off. "You don’t get it? If it was not me, Uncle Meng wouldn’t have died! I’m the real murderer!"
"Linda Yun!"Mo was really angry and strengthened his voice, "That’s not your fault. Why you have to take up some unnecessary responsibilities?"
On speaking these, Mo felt his voice was a little bit heavy, so he slowed down his speed. "I know everything about Uncle Meng’s death. You are very sad. But it really has nothing to do with you. Don’t blame yourself again!"
Linda Yun didn’t respond. She just smiled faintly.
It had nothing to do with her?
How come it had nothing to do with her?
If it was not for her, Steven Meng wouldn’t have died!
It was her. It was her fault!
She was a curse!
Anyone who cares about her will end up badly.
"Get up, Linda. Let’s go home." Mo supported her to stand up.
But Linda Yun withdrew her hand and uttered with her head lowered, "We’d better not contact each other. I’m going home by myself!"
And she was stepping down the steps.
Mo hurried up to grab her wrist, "Linda, what’s wrong with you?"
Linda Yun didn’t move and her voice was extremely indifferent, "George Mo, I’m married. Do you think it’s appropriate for us to be this close?" And she chuckled, "My husband will be mad."
Mo let go of her hand swiftly.
So Linda Yun continued to stepdown.
"Linda!" Mo thought over for a second, then he hurried to chase her, "I have no special purpose on you. I’ve said, I’m your brother. And Michael Huo knows that, I won’t have..."
"Are you sure?" Linda Yun looked straight into his eyes, "Are you sure you don’t have any special purpose on me?"
George Mo was mute.
Linda Yun snorted, "Do you think it is easy for me to be this Mrs Huo? I don’t wanna lose this title. So stay away from me, okay?"
After these words, she turned around and left without hesitation.
However, what Mo didn’t see was
The moment she turned around, tears gushed out of her eyes.
She didn’t want to be a burden to anyone.
None of them!
George, I’m sorry...
After a while, she popped into a car.
Another 30 minutes later, she hopped off the car to meet someone.
The man was wearing sunglasses and a cap. He was sneaking around.
Linda Yun got off the vehicle in her hat and mask.
They switched a code and spoke.
"Where is it?"
"Where is the money?"
Linda Yun opened her bag, in which there was a bunch of money.
He checked and counted the money.
Then he handed the good to her and asked, "What are you going to explode? An old house? Or a mound?"
Linda Yun took the good and stayed silent.
"Hey. Miss. I’ve got to warn you. It’s very powerful. You’ve gotta run away after you light the string up. If you had any accident, I’m not responsible for that!" The man chattered.
"Is it useful? Can it kill people?"
