Can't Let Go novel Chapter 166

When Michael Huo came home, it was already over eleven o’clock.

He had been waiting for Qu Zhirong and David Huo to return, but they had not.

He knew that they must have phoned his uncle.

They were worried about Richard Qu so they would take care of him.

Michael Huo didn’t see them and didn’t get the answer he wanted, so he came back first.

Because he was so tired.

When he got home, the room on the second floor was still dimly lit, which warmed him for no reason.

It’s really good.

He had a family.

Had a love to wait him home.

He went straight upstairs.

Gently, opened the door.

Linda Yun was leaning over the bed to read and a little man was lying in the middle of the bed.

It was George!

Michael Huo was a little surprised and he smiled to walk over, "Did George sleep with us tonight?"

This was the first time George slept with them after moving into the residence for several days.

Putting down the book, Linda Yun looked at George and smiled, “You went out all day. George missed you so much that he said he wanna sleep with you. So I bring him here!"

Getting in the bed, Michael Huo bent over to kiss the forehead of George happily.

"Sorry, I’m late. I’ll be with you tomorrow!"

Linda Yun was much moved by his gentle look.

Michael Huo didn’t say more, and he only looked at George with as much kindness as he could.

"Take a shower now. You’re tired." Linda Yun advised with concern when she felt his tiredness.

"Well, I’ll take a shower first!” Michael Huo got up to put his hand on the back of Linda Yun’s head and pulled her in front of him to kiss her.

Linda Yun smiled lightly and did not refuse, which drove Michael Huo go to bath with smile.

By the time he came out of the bathroom, Linda Yun had already got out of bed.

She was sitting at the table with a large bowl of millet porridge, some steamed bread and some small dishes.

"These are..."

"You’re not well these days. Even did not have much food. I don’t know what you have in Huo’s family. So I’ve prepared some millet porridge. When you took the bath, I’ve heated them. Have some then go sleep!" Linda Yun explained, and filled him a bowl of millet porridge.

Wiping the hair, Michael Huo came over and smiled, "My wife still cares about me!"

Linda Yun laughed, “Seriously? Have some food!"

Then Michael Huo took the spoon to have his meal.

But after a while, he suddenly stopped.

"Oh? What’s wrong?" Linda Yun was puzzled bu his sudden pause.

He put down the spoon, looked at her, and sighed softly, "Today, Richard Qu is coming..."

"What?" Linda Yun shocked, "He, he’s here? Didn’t his parents watch him? Why did he suddenly come here..."

"He has escaped from the hospital! Uncle and aunt don’t know about that." He sneered, "He’s really a genius!”

At the moment, he really didn’t know how to say. Praise his affection?

It’s just nonsense!

At once, Linda Yun became nervous, "So, what happened? Your mom..."

"How can it be! He fainted over for my mom!"

“What?" Linda Yun worried, "What about him? Did him see a doctor?"

Feeling her nervousness, Michael Huo soothed, "Don’t worry. He’s okay. Just the wound is cracked and he didn’t eat or drink for a few days. So he fainted!"

Linda Yun breathed a sigh of relief, however, when she thought the state of Richard Qu, she was worried about Jennifer, "How about Jennifer..."

Once again, Michael Huo sighed, "She looked like she could kill someone at the time."

"Kill? Kill who?"

"Who else could it be? It’s my mom. Richard Qu was sent to hospital for his faint. Mom did not let her go, and lock her up with bodyguards. Now, she’s agitated. If she go to the hospital, there would be something wrong!" That’s why he didn’t stop Qu Zhirong from locking Jennifer up.

"Didn’t she feel heart-broken?" Linda Yun could even feel the grief of Jennifer Huo.

Michael Huo helplessly said, "Richard Qu and Jennifer are falling in love with each other. They are not afraid of death. And both of them are stubborn."

Linda Yun didn’t know what to say. And she was really worried about Jennifer and Richard Qu.

"How sad it is if they are separated like this... Richard Qu is just like you. He may escape from the hospital to plead mom again!" Linda Yun frowned.

"They’ll not be separated," he looked at her, laughing, "I don’t know whether you’re praising or belittling me or not. But don’t worry. I booked tomorrow tickets for them to go abroad!"

Linda Yun shocked, “You, you admit them?"

They were a close relative!

Michael Huo laughed bitterly, "I’m more concerned about Jennifer. As you said, if she’s unhappy, it’s better not getting married. Moreover, I only have one sister. I don’t wanna her be sad all the time. It’s nice for her going abroad to calm down. If they can go on, I’ll be happy. If they can’t, it’s a good chance for them to know each other better. Let them experience themselves!"

"Well, your mom..."

"She doesn’t know, and I’m not going to tell them," he looked down and sneered in a voice that only he could hear, "she may not care about Jennifer..."

Linda Yun stopped talking.

She hoped Jennifer and Richard Qu could have a happy life from the heart.

And sincerely hoped that the way Michael Huo did was right.
