Chapter 25 Mr. Langford Is So Good To Me
Walter stopped the car in front of the company, but did not immediately drop Tina off.
"A racecourse will open tomorrow, would you like to go with me?"
Tina got a little nervous, because she often went to such places with Samuel, and it would be a little embarrassing to run into someone she knew.
Noticing her hesitation, Walter said, "Tut, tut, all my buddies love cars, maybe someone would like to buy a car if you meet him."
No wonder people always say that little girls should be cautious in society, as there are traps everywhere.
Tina wanted to smile a bitter smile, but she still looked innocent and nodded with lips pressing together, "Fine. Give me the address, I'll go there myself."
"No." Walter put his arm around the back of her seat. His smile, coupled with the light reflected on his earring, looked very flamboyant. He said, "I'll pick you up tomorrow."
As he already played this card, it would be stupid if she continued to pretend.
Tina thanked him politely, and finally got out of the car under Walter's eye that made her toes curl.
Getting away from the strong in-vehicle perfume, she heaved a great sigh of relief, turned around and nodded to Walter with a smile, watching his car go away.
As soon as he left, her face immediately changed to a cold one.
Tina walked into the company with a wet hair, without caring about the subtle glances around her, and went further, deadpan.
She was just about to go to the dressing room to change when Coco came over and knocked on her table.
"A difficult guest is waiting for you in the lounge."
Tina frowned and nodded to Coco, going to the lounge.
Opening the door of the lounge, she saw a clean and dainty face.
"Hello, Tina."
Tina thought about many people but Caitlyn, who met her only once.
"Hello."
Caitlyn felt slightly ashamed, she asked Tina to have a seat and said, faltering.
"Tina, do you want to have lunch with me? I want to ask you some questions."
Tina didn't plan on talking with her in the company, so she immediately nodded and proposed to go to a restaurant in the mall nearby.
She wanted to tell Caitlyn that Samuel was not just for her alone. A living example was sitting opposite her.
"Tina, can you tell me what Mr. Langford preferences are, then I can manage logistics well for him." Caitlyn raised her head with clear eyes, and her hands clasped to her breast, looking like a little smart rabbit.
Tina relieved and said coldly, "I have already told Ellen, so you can ask her. Anyway, there is nothing special."
Caitlyn looked a little disappointed. She lowered her head with hands clasping, "I see, I'll ask Ellen then."
"Now, if you're finished, I got to get back to work. And you'd better not waste time coming over, after all, the head office is quite far from here." Tina stood up and was going to leave.
Caitlyn also immediately stood up and asked eagerly, "Tina, is there anything special to pay attention to when working with Mr. Langford?"
Tina stopped on her way and finally told her a thing after thinking.
"He is severely allergic to mangoes, and even a little mango juice can make him feel dizzy."
"What about his tolerance towards alcohol?" Caitlyn continued to ask expectantly.
Tina's patience had run out, she turned around and started to move out.
"That's good. You don't need to worry about him."
