Chapter 9 They Are Like Clouds and Mud
It was noon. The milk tea shops were in the shopping mall next door, and they were different shops.
Tina went to these shops one by one with the notebook and went back and forth with the milk tea, sweating all over in a short while.
It was dark several times before her eyes. She bit her lip so as not to faint on the spot.
"Mr. Langford, you can rest assured that this joint project can be undertaken by our mall."
"Yes."
There was only a faint response.
Tina suddenly shuddered, thinking that she had heard wrong.
Across the crowd, she squinted her eyes and looked over.
On the escalator, a man in a well-tailored suit with a stern face was slowly descending, followed by a group of bodyguards and secretaries.
It was Samuel.
An unfortunate man would be drowned in a tea-cup.
Tina quickly picked up the dozen cups of milk tea, and ran to the crowd without a second thought.
Although she didn't care, she still had self-esteem, and she didn't want to let Samuel and her former colleagues laugh at her.
However, she might have been really unlucky recently, or it was just like the old saying "it never rains but it pours".
As soon as she moved, she ran into a wall of flesh head-on.
Her mind exploded in an instant. She couldn't stand firmly and suddenly fell to her back.
Immediately, the milk tea was scattered all over the floor, and half of Tina's body fell in the middle of the milk tea.
There were exclamations all around, mixed with the cursing of the man who was hit, and there was nothing but chaos.
"Tina?"
There was no need to look up, she immediately recognized that the voice was of Ellen from the secretary's office.
In the noise, the sound of leather shoes stepping on the ground, separated from many people, seemed to be picked out alone, showing dignity to her.
Tina thought of the disdain in Samuel's eyes. Maybe he was calling her a waste in the heart.
Passing by, she smelled the familiar scent of sweet-scented osmanthus on his body.
In just a moment, the elegant fragrance was covered by the smell of milk tea on her.
In sharp contrast to the neat man, Tina seemed more like a mess.
She couldn't move anymore, and could only stand there and wait for Samuel's back to disappear before her eyes.
"Miss, you don't mean you want us to clean it by ourselves right? We need an explanation."
Tina didn't move.
The staff glared at her and pushed her with two fingers in disgust.
Unexpectedly, Tina fell straight down.
"Miss!"
What a horrible sound!
Tina thought so before her eyes completely closed.
