"Cut off this city's connection with these cities; continue even if you all have to dig out the grave of his ancestors.
But don't let him find out about this." David looked at the city's name. He touched them.
"Give me a hint; I'll find you at any cost." David prayed in his heart. He couldn't tell what he was thinking, but he was feeling different, a feeling that he had lost long ago as if something was going to happen.
This made him force this even harder. Finally, David walked back and jumped in the chopper, the long windbreaker on his shoulders flying with air, dominating his presence.
Today was the day he would fight against his fate when he was about to test his luck.
The chopper flew toward the west; he had 6 hours; he didn't want to waste a second; he pulled out his phone and looked at the picture of his children and his wife.
He sighed. He wanted to see whose power was more substantial, his children's fate, or the people who tried to destroy his family.
On the other side,
Kate lay on the bed quietly. When she heard someone push the door open, she dared not open her eyes to see what was going on or who had come.
Instead, she waited and took out the glass from under her pillow.
She hid her hand under the duvet. The nurse came. She was in a nurse's dress and had a mask on her face because Oscar strictly ordered them to wear masks.
They are not allowed inside without proper protection. He wouldn't even let someone's breath on Kate.
The nurse was a girl who might be in her 30s. She checked the baby. Daniel was sleeping.
She was about to check on Kate when something caught her attention. The bathroom door swung open, and she saw the messy, broken glasses in front of the bathroom door.
She stopped on her track and turned back, and went closer.
Kate felt the silence; she opened her eyes and saw the nurse walk closer to the bathroom.
She jumped silently and walked barefoot toward the girl. When the girl approached the bathroom door, Kate appeared behind her.
The girl looked inside, but she saw nothing. Then, finally, she found it suspicious, so she turned back abruptly but failed. Kate grabbed the girl by her neck and put the broken glass on her neck.
The girl was shocked; since she was a member of Blood king, she was challenging to handle, but Kate was with David. She knew a few tricks, even though she didn't know how to fight.
Also, it was her luck that the girl was not a bodyguard or nannies that Oscar fixed on her side.
She was a nurse who didn't know how to fight; still, she was tough.
Kate pushed the sharp point in her neck. "Don't move or make any sound, don't take me as a white flower if you move around carelessly,
I don't mind ripping open your spinal cord. It won't take a few seconds for you to end up in hell." Kate whispered in her ears.
The woman was even more shocked when she heard Kate's words, "You are awake." The woman whispered, even though she was a member of the blood king who was not afraid of death,
but she knew, just like Kate said, that if Kate stabbed her spinal cord, she would be dead in a few seconds, and her breath would stop in no time.
She stopped moving. Kate's heart was in her mouth, but for her child and her luck, she had to be brave.
She was David Xiver's woman. How could she allow herself to be terrified in this kind of situation?
"What do you think? Kate sneered. They called themselves the world's best doctors and nurses, but all she saw were some idiots she fooled over the days.
"Miss Allen, take it easy. You will get hurt. Master will get mad. Just think about the master." The nurse said.
When Kate heard her honey words, she felt disgusted
"don't take that man's name in front of me, that bastard. What does it have to do with me if he will be mad or not?
If possible, I want to shred his throat with his glass." Kate cursed madly.
The nurse tried to grab Kate's hand, but Kate tightened that woman's hair tightly. "Don't take me as a fool."
Kate stabbed the girl, and blood flowed out, but it was only to scare the nurse, and it worked.
The nurse stopped moving, and Kate sighed. "Walk ahead," Kate said to the girl.
The girl did as Kate said. She knew she could not afford to do anything recklessly because her master would give her a scary death.
If she doesn't do as Kate said, Kate will give her instant death. Either way, she was stuck there.
Kate pushed the girl into the bathroom and walked in.
"Close the door," Kate ordered. The girl did as she said.
Kate had already filled the bathtub when she broke the glass, she pushed the girl into the bathtub, and the girl finally regained her freedom, about to shout out when Kate laughed.
"If you dare to shout, do it. No one will hear you from here. Also, I don't mind switching it on. In no time, you will be a fried human."
Kate said. Only then did the girl notice a wire in the water and Kate's finger on the switch.
Kate threw the hairdryer wire in the tub and plucked it near the bathtub because she knew.
"Damn." That girl cursed out.
"What do you want?" That girl knew Kate was fully prepared. Even if she somehow made her lose, she will leave unscratched, but their master will punish her for hurting her.
"Give me your phone," Kate asked for the phone. She knew because she had seen the girl talk to Dr san to report her condition over the phone.
The girl reluctantly handed the phone over to kate; she pushed it on the floor; Kate picked it up hurriedly and then took her stand.
Kate grabbed it as if she found
"I want to leave this place, and you're going to help me," Kate started her condition. When that nurse heard Kate's condition, she laughed.
"It's impossible." She directly rejected Kate.
Kate sneered back. "If you don't, what will happen to me? Of course, I can't leave, but what about you? You will lose your life over nothing, even if I kill you.
Your master won't even blink his eyes, so why not help me, and I help you to be held accountable for this matter?" Kate asked.
