Chapter 174
Bryan was waiting… waiting for Finley to start the conversation.
The odds that Bryan would forgive Finley were 50% if Finley explained right on the spot. It would become 10% if she did so out of this villa.
Finley docilely sat on the sofa with a cup of tea in her hands.
The atmosphere was awkward. Finley wanted to say something to ease the atmosphere. However, she was afraid that she would expose herself in the conversation.
Shouldn’t I do something? What if this meeting was a trial for Chiam from Eliana?
Finley wanted to her job for the sake of Allison.
“Well… Mr. Turner!” Finley held the cup tightly and then gave Bryan a faint smile.
This address sent a chill down Bryan’s spine. The atmosphere in the parlor became more awkward.
“Huh? Yes?” Bryan sounded hoarse and cold.
His coldness chilled Finley.
Finley could not help shuddering. “Hehe, nothing. Don’t you feel awkward? Do you like a chat?”
“Won’t the conversation become awkward?” Bryan retorted coldly.
Finley was speechless.
It wasn’t easy to talk to a person like Bryan.
Just shut up.
“What do you, young people, do when you are in a relationship?” Bryan seemed to realize his mistake and started the conversation again.
“So, you’re nosy,” Finley said with a smile.
She didn’t find this problem in the past.
