Chapter 266
Finley went back to the villa with Rory.
In the living room on the first floor, Rory’s wife, Mila, was playing on the sofa with the child in her arms.
The child on the sofa was like a delicate doll.
“Mila,” Finley greeted.
Mila smiled at Finley gently, “Finley, did you sleep well last night? The waves here are loud. Since you’re from Capital City, you may find it disturbing.”
“No. I am highly adaptable to the environment.” Finley beamed.
Mila looked sorry because she felt that she failed to take good care of Finley.
“You are Rory’s sister, so you are my honored guest. I will prepare a seafood feast for you this noon.”
Mila picked up the child and handed it to Rory.
Rory skillfully carried the child.
The child was about seven months old, and her eyes were full of spirit.
Finley loved this child.
“Rory, may I carry Nina?” Finley rubbed her hands.
She wanted to practice since her goal was to have a child with Bryan.
“Of course.”
Rory handed the child to Finley.
Finley took the child as she did to a treasure. She loved the baby. Her moves were careful in fear that the baby might get hurt.
“Nina, smile at your sister,” Finley talked to the baby.
Nina wore a pink dress, blinked her big eyes, and followed Finley to grin.
So lovely! Finley wanted to give Nina a kiss.
“No. You are my sister, so she will call you auntie.”
“Auntie?! It makes me sound like an old woman.” Finley looked aggrieved.
I was still a girl.
“Back then, if Gates could leave with us, your child with him might be the childhood sweetheart of Nina now,” Rory teased.
