CEO’s Surrender: With You, I Can Never Win Chapter 306
“Okay. Good night.” Finley nodded, walked to the guest room, and shut the door behind her.
Bryan was rooted to the spot with shock.
Did I tell her to sleep in the guest room?
Bryan walked to the guest room and knocked on the door.
Finley, ready for a shower, heard the knock and got the door.
After the door was open, Finley saw Bryan standing there coldly like a stature.
“Yes?” Finley asked.
Bryan squinted at Finley and said, “Did I tell you to sleep here?”
“Didn’t you mean that? You said that the furniture was back, so I thought I would sleep here.”
Did I misunderstand him?
“Go to the master bedroom, and I’ll sleep here,” Bryan said determinedly.
Finley sneered because she didn’t expect Bryan to be so childish. “Give me a reason.”
“I don’t want to sleep on the sofa.”
“You can sleep in your master bedroom.”
“The bed in the master bedroom is for you. You may sleep in the master bedroom with me, or I will sleep in this room. Make a choice.”
“Come on! I’ve lived in this room for a long time. I like this room. Can’t I sleep here?” Finley didn’t know what Bryan was thinking.
“No. I like the new bed in this room. I’ll sleep here tonight”
Bryan bit his lip.
This absurd reason astonished Finley.
Didn’t he want me to sleep in the master bedroom but was too proud to cut to the chase?
