Chapter 47
“Dirk, you scared the child. She has one birthmark but is not inferior to others. Come, child, sit next to me.” Alton pulled Finley to sit next to him lovingly.
Finley curled her lips with a grievance. “Thank you, Mr. Turner, but I don’t want to steal the show. Moreover, Mrs. Keith told me not to shut up. I should go upstairs now.”
“Finley, we didn’t say that. All the three of you are Miss Keith, and I treat you all fairly,” Tina explained herself to her guests quickly.
She didn’t forget to shoot a glare at Finley.
Tina was afraid that Finley would cause trouble again.
She shouldn’t have asked Dirk to call Finley home.
Speaking, Tina extended her hand and pinched Dirk on the back secretly. She hinted at Dirk finding a way to get rid of Finley for the sake of the bright future of her two daughters.
“Really? Mrs. Keith said something differently just now. Mrs. Keith hates me, and I know that.” Finley had red eyes and twitched her nose as if she would burst into tears at any second.
Finley pretended to be an angelic bit*h, so the real ones would have no way out.
Bryan, who was leisurely sitting on the sofa not far away, found the new face of his wife.
He considered Finley audacious, but she turned out to be a drama queen. Moreover, Finley was good at acting.
What a pity that she didn’t devote herself to this field!
“I said nothing, so stop slandering me.” Irritated, Tina lost her elegance.
“I didn’t. What I said is true. Listen to this recording if you have any doubt.” Finley played the recording on her mobile phone in front of the crowd,
“Finley, shut your mouth when the Turner family is here. Do you hear me?”
“…Don’t forget that you can’t win your sisters, never!”
