Chapter 301 Is She Really Gone?
Cassie didn’t even have the strength to sit up. She couldn’t move and gasped for breath. After a
while, she struggled to get up. Her hands trembled as she reached out to take her phone back.
But how could Lindsey be so kind and return the phone to her? Lindsey took a step back and
laughed even more wantonly. “Do you want it? But I won’t give it to you.”
Cassie was furious. She struggled to prop herself up and put one foot on the ground.
Lindsey immediately figured out her intentions. “Your bones are about to fall apart. Do you still
want to go out and call for help? Do you think you can get out of this door? If not for the money.
you would have been buried in a coffin!”
Cassie was still trying, but just as her other foot landed on the ground, she heard Lindsey’s
threatening words.
“Tell you what, my patience is not infinite. Tomorrow, get the staff from the American Wills Service
Center here. I want you to modify your will in front of me and transfer all the assets to me! Do you
hear me?”
Cassie ignored her. Finally, Cassie put both her feet on the ground. She was about to take a step
forward.
Lindsey reached out and pushed Cassie back to bed effortlessly. “I’m asking you; do you hear me?
You old **, are you deaf?”
Lindsey even reached out and grabbed Cassie’s ear. Cassie was in extreme pain. “Let me go…”
Lindsey refused to let go of her. Watching Cassie in pain, Lindsey felt indescribably happy.
Cassie was grabbed by the ear, and the back of her head that had just hit the bed railing began to throb with pain again. Worse still, Cassie could hardly breathe.
Seeing Cassie covering her heart with both hands, Lindsey continued to mock her, “Come on, it’s
not working on me!”
Lindsey thought, you *. You can only act in front of Tyrell. Now I am here. You’re not getting
off that easy!
“Did you hear my question? Lindsey was still grabbing Cassie’s ear and threatening her.
Cassie was in so much pain that her entire body curled up like a trembling rabbit. With her ears being grabbed, she was completely unable to resist.
When Cassie gasped for breath, her face turned red, and began to stare straight ahead, Lindsey
realized that Cassie was not acting. Just as Lindsey relaxed her grip, Cassie suddenly fell on the bed and curled up even more.
“Don’t try to scare me. I won’t buy it…”
Cassie’s throat seemed to be strangled by the devil’s hand. She was dying for a breath of fresh air, but the oxygen seemed to have been ***from the ward. No matter how hard she tried, she
could not exhale a little bit.
“I’m telling you, don’t even think about holding me responsible! Even if you want to **, you have to transfer the property in your name to me before you ***!”
Lindsey saw that Cassie was struggling on the bed. It seemed that she was really dying. Just as Lindsey was about to leave, she opened the door and saw two nurses walking toward her.
Lindsey was so scared that she hurriedly closed the door. Cassie, who was on the bed, heard the
noise outside the door and wanted to call for help, but she could not make any sound.
She did not even have the strength to breathe. How could she have the strength to ask for help?
In the end, when Cassie heard the footsteps of the two nurses getting further and further away,
she was desperate.
At this point, the nurses were on rounds. They would start from the first room, so it would be a
long time before they came.
After Lindsey and the two nurses left, she hurriedly ran away, afraid of taking responsibility.
There was only Cassie in the ward. She was helpless and lonely. Though she had tried countless
times to touch the distant call bell, she could not make it. When she saw the phone that Lindsey
threw on the ground before she left, she wanted to take it, but she fell off the bed…
In the end, the nurses came to this ward and found that Cassie was lying on the ground
