Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore) novel Chapter 1012

Her concern only worsened the excruciating pain he buried deep in his heart.

He felt very conflicted. He desired her concern, but at the same time, he wished she would leave.

Theodore looked at her with tears in his eyes, trying his darndest to keep himself calm as he said things that made his heart ache, "Rose, don't show me any more concern. Your care and concern only bring me more pain and hopelessness. No matter how much concern you show me, things between us will never return to the past. You're only adding to my pain."

"Theodore Spencer, I don't understand. I really don't!" Rosalie said through her tears. "If you think that my concern only adds to your pain, why did you let Aurora get pregnant with your child?"

Rosalie looked at Theodore with eyes filled with anger and sorrow. She suppressed the pain in her heart as she decided to ask him for some answers.

"Theo, are you taking Aurora as my replacement? Do you find everything I've given you from her?"

Anger and sorrow tinged her voice. She was trying to expose the truth on his end.

Theodore glared angrily at Rosalie, his eyes filled with sorrow and regret. The deep guilt in his heart made it impossible for him to ignore her questions.

"Yes, I thought I could use Aurora to fill up the emptiness you left behind."

Theodore's voice was etched with deep pain. His face twisted with agony.

Rosalie heard his confession and tears welled up in her eyes.

She thought she would receive a loud denial, but now, hearing his admission, she felt an inexplicable sense of pain and disappointment.

"Do you know? I'm furious hearing you admit it. I don't even know why I feel that way."

"Don't say that," Theodore cut her off. "Let's say he really wanted to kill me. Would you still make me let him go?"

"But…but he didn't want to kill you," Rosalie insisted. "Theo, I'm begging you. I'll tell Seb about this too. I won't let him provoke you anymore in the future. I promise you that. Your health is of utmost priority now. You have to work with the doctors to pursue treatment."

"This has nothing to do with my gastric tumor," Theodore said. "Sebastian doesn't deserve forgiveness."

"What about me? Do I not deserve forgiveness too? Do you still hate me for choosing Sebastian the last time? In that case, why don't you take revenge on me, too?"

Rosalie's cruel words tore Theodore's heart in half.

"Do you see this as some sort of revenge?" he asked.
