Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore) novel Chapter 1024

Theodore told Rosalie that Aurora was pregnant, but now, she knew that Aurora had a heart condition and needed a heart transplant. How could Aurora possibly be pregnant, then?

"We weren't careful," Theodore said. "We didn't use protection, and she got pregnant. So now, I have to cherish her and make sure she doesn't come to any harm."

Rosalie was left speechless. She didn't know what to say. Theodore was absurd—he found a woman who resembled her, and coincidentally, that woman had a heart condition and became pregnant. Was this man out of his mind?

If Rosalie thought about it, Aurora did look a little like her. Plus, Aurora shared some traits with Cynthia—heart disease and fragile health.

Theodore was a true romantic, wasn't he? He had found a new woman who combined the traits of his two previous lovers.

What if, in the future, after breaking up with Aurora, he found a fourth woman? Would the woman have combined features of his first three women?

The more Rosalie thought about it, the more ridiculous this whole situation seemed.

She spotted a black car driving toward her in the distance, and recognized it as the driver coming to pick her up.

Rosalie took a few steps forward, but suddenly, everything went black and she collapsed forward.

Theodore dashed forward faster than a rocket, rushing to catch her and hold her in his arms. "Rose, what's wrong?"

Rosalie felt lightheaded. "I... I'm fine. Just a little dizzy."

At that moment, the driver's car stopped. The driver got out of the car and asked, "Mrs. Carter, I've come to pick you up. What happened?"

"I'm fine. I'll be there in a moment," Rosalie said.

She pulled away from Theodore and walked toward the car, but Theodore grabbed her arm. He turned to the driver and said, "She's not going back yet. She needs a check-up. You can go ahead and leave."

After that, Theodore tried to pull her away.

"What are you doing?" Rosalie struggled against his grip. "I'm going home now! You should get a check-up, not me. I'm really fine."
