"Theo, why is your hair still so thick after so many rounds of chemotherapy? Why don't you look tired or haggard at all?" Rosalie asked.
She began doubting the truthfulness of Theodore's condition. His explanation made sense to her—until she read that email.
"That's because of the medication. Not all medication causes hair loss. Everyone's bodies react differently," Theodore explained.
"So you're saying that you really underwent chemotherapy?"
"Rose, are you trying to insinuate that I didn't? Are you saying that I lied to you?"
Rosalie took a deep breath and showed him the email attachment. "Take a look. Is this your medical report?"
Theodore took the phone from Rosalie's hands. Shock registered on his face as he read the words on the report. "How did you get this?!"
Theodore's reaction was enough to tell Rosalie that the email attachment was genuine.
"You lied to me, didn't you? You don't have cancer and you didn't undergo chemotherapy. All the more you aren't going for surgery. You're lying to me so I'd keep you company and pity you. No wonder you refused to let me accompany you for your chemotherapy session before! You didn't want to be exposed."
Theodore was dumbfounded.
Rosalie snatched her phone back and chuckled bitterly. "Theodore Spencer, you're a joke. How could you lie to me again and again? And about your health, of all things!"
She was truly disappointed. The only thing Theodore never disappointed her in was always disappointing her without fail.
Rosalie snatched her child back from Theodore's arms. The baby cried out of shock and her sudden movement.
"I'm sorry, darling. Don't cry." Rosalie hurriedly coaxed the child.
Theodore stood up. "Rose, hear me out."

The readers' comments on the novel: Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore)
Why aren't u updating......
Unrealistic. What a comedy. If Sebastian and Rosalie are cousins, their families must have already prevented them to be together abroad. Isn't it bizarre that nobody is doing something to let them know of their family relationship? And pls stop putting Aurora in a high pedestal. Your readers want Rosalie to be genuinely happy, free of stupid misunderstanding. Thank you....
Another garbled story with lots of gibberish. Absolute rubbish. I got to chapter 26 and can't anymore...
Too many people involve.. sigh~ this is like the most angst novel i've read.....
I just wish one thing...that the writer will not bring too many unnecessary and unrealistic twists, too many misunderstanding, miscommunication that gives the reader the hint not to continue with the novel. In the long run, We lost our interest in this kind of unending plot....
Thanks for the update !...
