Chapter 111
Rosalie glanced at the time. “Okay.”
She took out her phone, and dialed Theodore’s number. It didn’t take long for him to pick up.
“Hello?”
”
“Theo, when are you coming? Grandma’s waiting,” she asked.
“I still need to deal with some company matters. Just wait a bit longer,
he replied.
“Oh, okay. How long do you think it will take?”
“Not too long.”
Suddenly, a woman’s voice came from Theodore’s end. “Theo, I accidentally spilled water on myself. Can you help me change my clothes?”
Hearing Cynthia’s voice, Rosalie suddenly felt annoyed.
Wasn’t this man supposed to be at the office? Why was he with Cynthia again?
She was about to ask him, but with Rebecca beside her, she didn’t dare say much.
So she just coldly said to Theodore, “Hurry up. Don’t keep Grandma waiting.”
Theodore simply responded calmly, “Okay.”
After hanging up the phone, Rosalie said to Rebecca, “Grandma, he’ll be here soon. I’ll go to the kitchen and see how things are going. You rest for a while.”

“Alright,” Rebecca said as she pushed her glasses up. “You can ask the kitchen to make the food a bit spicy. I know you like spicy food.”
“You knew?” Rosalie was surprised. She hadn’t eaten spicy food in front of everyone.
“Of course I do. But since Theo doesn’t, so you stopped eating it too. I understand. You shouldn’t always accommodate him. He should accommodate you, too.”
“Thank you, Grandma.”
Rosalie was truly touched. The better Rebecca treated her, the more guilty she felt about lying to her. What Rebecca wanted most was for Rosalie to get pregnant, so she could have a great–grandchild.
Now that Rosalie was pregnant, she couldn’t tell the older woman. If only Rebecca knew, she would be so happy.
Feeling uncomfortable, Rosalie left Rebecca’s room.
Downstairs, she dialed Theodore’s number again.
The phone was picked up, but it was Cynthia’s voice on the other end.
“Hello, are you looking for Theo?”
Hearing Cynthia’s arrogant tone, Rosalie felt disgusted.
“Where’s Theo?” she asked.
“Theo went out to buy lunch for me. I mentioned that I really wanted lunch from the other side of town, so he drove all the way to get it for me. I told him it wasn’t necessary, but he insisted. There’s nothing I can do. He’s just too good to me.”
“That’s enough,” Rosalie interrupted. “I don’t need to hear this. It doesn’t matter. I’m not falling for your act.”

The readers' comments on the novel: Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore)
Another garbled story with lots of gibberish. Absolute rubbish. I got to chapter 26 and can't anymore...
Too many people involve.. sigh~ this is like the most angst novel i've read.....
I just wish one thing...that the writer will not bring too many unnecessary and unrealistic twists, too many misunderstanding, miscommunication that gives the reader the hint not to continue with the novel. In the long run, We lost our interest in this kind of unending plot....
Thanks for the update !...
