Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore) novel Chapter 1151

Aurora tossed and turned in bed, unable to sleep.

She turned over and asked, "Angie, how did Rebecca react after the injection?"

Angie was holding her phone, reading a novel online. Hearing Aurora's question, she turned to her and asked, "Why aren't you asleep yet?"

"How could I sleep?"

"She didn't have any reaction," Angie replied.

Aurora recalled what Yerick had told her. The solution was provided by Yerick, who had said that there wouldn't be any special reaction once it was administered. They just needed to wait. Aurora didn't know if the solution would work.

She turned her head and saw that Angie was still absorbed in reading, as if nothing had happened.

"Angie, how can you still read a novel? After what happened, can you still concentrate?"

"What's so hard to handle? It's just a dead old woman. Nothing to worry about."

Angie lay back on the bed. She started cursing again while reading a novel.

"The female lead is such a saint, but now she's acting so promiscuously. Don't blame the male lead for anything. He just cheated, got divorced, and slept with a few other women. He treated them well. What's so bad about that? The female lead is the real cheap one, refusing to forgive the male lead while getting close to the male supporting role. She's a shameless, loose woman. What a promiscuous piece of trash!

"The male lead cheated and slept around—does that make him a scumbag? He's a man! He's such an outstanding man. It's an honor for the women to sleep with him. But the female lead? She's different. A woman should know to be virtuous."

As Angie read, she hurled filthy insults.

Aurora saw that Angie's username was "AngieOnlyStansTheLeads."

Aurora sneered inwardly. Angie didn't stand for the leads. She clearly only supported the male lead.

Every night before bed, Angie would hold her phone and read novels. No matter how many books she read, Aurora only ever heard Angie insult the female lead and the author.

No matter how much of a scumbag the male lead was, how much he slept with other women, and how gentle and caring he was with the other women, Angie would never criticize the male lead even once. But if the female lead held hands with another man, in Angie's eyes, she was nothing but a whore.

In reality, Angie herself had slept with many men. Based on her logic, would that make Angie a promiscuous, trashy woman too?

Still, Aurora kept these thoughts to herself. There was no point in saying anything.

The more someone was trashy themselves, the easier it was for them to label others as trash. Angie herself was a loose woman, which was why she kept calling others promiscuous.

How dare a woman like Angie even think of sharing Theodore with herself? She could dream on. Theodore would never be interested in such a foolish, ugly piece of trash.
