Justin woke up on the couch after two hours of sleep. He opened his eyes and saw Rosalie playing with Steve on the bed.
When she saw him awake, Rosalie smiled and looked at him. "Justin, you're awake. I thought you'd sleep a bit longer."
"That's enough," Justin said as he went to the bathroom to wash his face.
Afterward, he picked up Steve from Rosalie's side. "Rose, would you like to go for a walk? It must be stifling in the ward."
"Justin, how about having the doctor assess my mental state?"
Hearing this, Justin seemed a bit puzzled. "Are you willing?"
Rosalie nodded. "Yes. I was a bit resistant before, but after thinking it through, I've changed my mind."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes. I think if there's something wrong, it should be addressed. After all, I still have Steve to take care of. I can't just push through it."
Seeing how serious Rosalie was, Justin knew she had truly thought it through. "Alright, I'll go find the doctor."
About half an hour later, a psychiatrist walked into the room. The doctor needed to speak to Rosalie alone, so Justin took Steve out for a walk.
Around 40 minutes later, Rosalie called Justin, and he returned. The doctor had already left, and only Rosalie was in the room.
"Rosalie, are you okay?"
Rosalie nodded. "Yes, I'm fine. Don't worry."
"What did the doctor say?"
"The doctor said..." Rosalie lowered her gaze, clutching the bedsheet tightly.
Seeing her uneasy expression, Justin said, "Rose, if you don't want to tell me, that's okay. This is your privacy, and you don't have to share if you don't want to."
If she didn't want to tell him, he wouldn't press further. He didn't want to make her uncomfortable.
"It's okay, I'm willing to tell you." Since it was Justin, she had no reason to hold back. "The initial diagnosis is anxiety and panic disorder. The high temperature and lack of ventilation in the bathroom led to the fainting episode."
There was a brief silence from Justin, and then he gently took her hand, which was still clutching the bedsheet. "I'll stay with you."
Rosalie forced a smile. "I'm sure I'll get through this. After all, I have Steve to take care of."
"You don't need to get through it alone. If you're feeling upset, just tell me. I'll do anything for you."
Rosalie's eyes shimmered with unshed tears.

The readers' comments on the novel: Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore)
Why aren't u updating......
Unrealistic. What a comedy. If Sebastian and Rosalie are cousins, their families must have already prevented them to be together abroad. Isn't it bizarre that nobody is doing something to let them know of their family relationship? And pls stop putting Aurora in a high pedestal. Your readers want Rosalie to be genuinely happy, free of stupid misunderstanding. Thank you....
Another garbled story with lots of gibberish. Absolute rubbish. I got to chapter 26 and can't anymore...
Too many people involve.. sigh~ this is like the most angst novel i've read.....
I just wish one thing...that the writer will not bring too many unnecessary and unrealistic twists, too many misunderstanding, miscommunication that gives the reader the hint not to continue with the novel. In the long run, We lost our interest in this kind of unending plot....
Thanks for the update !...
