Rosalie had overheard everything. Sebastian no longer had any information about Theodore or Steve.
Now, with Sebastian so far from home and Theodore taking full precautions on his end, even if Sebastian had incredible abilities, what could he do?
He was merely relying on her fear to threaten her. Now that she knew the people she cared about were safe, she had nothing to fear.
Upon seeing Rosalie's expression, Sebastian likely guessed what was going on.
He sneered coldly. "Very well. You think I can't do anything to them, huh? What about Nana? Do you think I can't deal with her?"
At the mention of Nana, Rosalie's gaze wavered slightly.
But in the next moment, she lifted her head and said, "Nana is your adopted daughter. If you do anything to her, it's on you. Don't even think about threatening me with anyone else."
She had been threatened by Sebastian over and over again, but in the end, she always succumbed to him. Now that she knew Theodore and Steve were fine, she felt relieved. She wasn't afraid anymore.
"Fine. I'll kill that nasty girl, and right in front of you!" Sebastian screamed in a frenzy.
"You kill Nana, and then what? Will you continue adopting children to threaten me? Are you planning to kill every child in the world? Sebastian, that's all you're capable of—threatening me."
Whether it was out of anger or something else, Sebastian felt a sharp pain. The medicine was on the nightstand, and the pills were already prepared. He immediately popped one into his mouth and swallowed it, then drank a few sips of water.
"Rosalie, you're just relying on the fact that I love you. If I didn't love you, would you have the courage to rebel against me?"
"If you didn't love me, Justin wouldn't have died. I wouldn't have been kidnapped by you and forced to endure your abuse, you scum!"
Sebastian hurled his glass at Rosalie. It hit her head with a crash, drawing blood. It hurt terribly, but she gritted her teeth and endured it.
Rosalie scoffed. "Violence is the only thing you know."

Unrealistic. What a comedy. If Sebastian and Rosalie are cousins, their families must have already prevented them to be together abroad. Isn't it bizarre that nobody is doing something to let them know of their family relationship? And pls stop putting Aurora in a high pedestal. Your readers want Rosalie to be genuinely happy,free of stupid misunderstanding. Thank you....
Another garbled story with lots of gibberish. Absolute rubbish. I got to chapter 26 and can't anymore...
Too many people involve.. sigh~ this is like the most angst novel i've read.....
I just wish one thing...that the writer will not bring too many unnecessary and unrealistic twists,too many misunderstanding,miscommunication that gives the reader the hint not to continue with the novel. In the long run, We lost our interest in this kind of unending plot....
