Chasing My Pregnant Wife (Rosalie and Theodore) novel Chapter 656

The man in black put his gun aside, and kicked one of the thugs on the ground. When the thug moved, the man in black shot him again.

After that, he approached Rosalie, taking a step at a time.

Rosalie shrunk back in fear. “What are you trying to do?”

The man in black crouched down, and said, “We didn’t have enough time today, or I would have skinned them alive.”

Rosalie crawled up from the ground wanting to run, but the man in black grabbed her wrist. “Didn’t I make myself clear? Don’t move. My attacks are indiscriminate when I start my killing spree.”

The bonnet the man in black was wearing was tilted downward, and Rosalie couldn’t see his eyes. He also kept his mask on over his mouth the entire time.

“What…what do you want? If you want money…”

“Hahaha…money?” The man in black pinched Rosalie’s chin. “Are you very scared?”

“Of course I am.” How could she not be scared under such circumstances?

“You’re very honest, but since you’re so scared of me, why did you tell me to watch out? Why didn’t you warn the thugs instead?”

“That’s because I know I’ll be doomed if I end up in their hands,” Rosalie explained honestly.

“So you think you’ll be fine in my hands?” the man asked.

Rosalie said nervously, “I don’t know.”

She had no clue who this man was. She couldn’t assume that he was a good man under such circumstances.

At the very least, this man must be a pervert, she surmised. He could very well have killed the thugs just like that instead of playing such cruel games with them first.

The man suddenly stood up and carried Rosalie in his arms.

“Where are you bringing me to? What do you want?” Rosalie’s heart raced.

“Shh… Be quiet. Don’t make me angry. Don’t forget how those thugs died just now.”
